We have made the HatchBrood system as user-friendly as possible. Feed for the complete brooding period can be loaded in one go, the water flows in simple gutters, and the airflow operates completely automatically. And all of this can be monitored and operated on one central, pre-programmed control panel with a full-color touch screen (similar to the HatchTech MicroClimer Setter and Hatcher controller and the HatchTraveller controller). The HatchTech Service Department offers other support as well to assist customers in starting and maintaining a successful brooding facility.

Start-up training
HatchTech offers a one-week, on-site course specifically for staff who will work in the brooding facility. It includes theoretical and practical elements that teach all the skills necessary for operational excellence. Instruction is given in a clear, step-by-step way – from placing the day-old-chicks in the Cradles™ to preparing the birds for transport at the end of the brooding period. Participants get hands-on practice and experience with the HatchBrood equipment, and are also taught how to execute an objective chick quality analysis.

Brooding support
After training and production start-up, we continue to support our customers through our Hatchery Control Program. With this system, our service department can check all parameters in each HatchBrood unit. This makes it possible to provide brooding staff with real-time evaluation and support, and even offers the opportunity for remote control of the machines if necessary. In short, everything that is needed to quickly and effectively address any issues that may arise in a brooding facility.
