Compared to broiler houses in which high volumes of m³ air have to be conditioned and – in most cases, additional heating is needed during the brooding period, HatchBrood is very energy efficient. What’s more, the system not only consumes substantially less energy than traditional ones, it also lowers CO₂ emissions and makes a positive contribution to sustainable poultry farming.

• Thanks to the efficient design (m³), high-quality insulation panels and special ventilation system, HatchBrood requires substantially less time than broiler houses to get heated and operational.
• Heating costs during the actual brooding period are close to zero. An energy recovery system captures the heat produced by the chicks and uses it to heat the incoming air.
• The LED lighting uses up to 75% less energy than traditional lighting systems.
• The ventilator’s two direct-driven motors have no belts or chains, so operate with minimum friction loss and maximum efficiency.
